Goods for sending back for replacement, or any accidents
Please contact us by E-mail: nmatsumoto@biosilk-hac.com within 7(seven) days after your receiving the goods if you like to return the same for replacement.
● When you are sending the above notice to us, please fill in on the subject/title of your E-mail "Returning goods".
● Please also quote Postal Item Number EE*********JP of the slip attached on the parcel, and state the reason why you want to return the goods for replacement.
● Then, please wait for our return mail to ask for your sending the good back. We will resend the new one immediately upon your returned goods.
● Please be noted, however, that the merchandises we are offering are of handmade products from natural wild silk. Therefore, there are somewhat differences in color and shape, so that please understand in advance that small faults in weaving and irregular colors of the fabric shall not be considered as defects for claiming.
● We will take responsibility to replace a new one only when the defect or defects on returned goods had been caused from our poor workmanship in manufacturing, and are not used.
● When any problems such as lost or delaying accident shall occur while mailing after posted by EMS, Japan Postal Corp shall compensate the loss according to their regulations. Please be noted therefore that we shall be free from our responsibility to the compensation of the loss or the delayed delivery.
● All the goods are only the one passed our quality inspection, repeatedly done many times at each processing stage before sending out to you. We hope you will find your ordered commodity and our services quite satisfactory.

（１）Protection of individual information
Please be assured that we shall never transfer nor disclose customer's individual information (address/name/mail address/purchased commodity etc.) to third parties other than our company.
For protecting our customers' individual information, we take a system SSL that is a technology that encrypts the communication and protects information.
（２） Requests
Please contact us with E-mail only to avoid misunderstanding in telephone talks. We will surely reply you within about 24 hours, except Sunday and our holidays. There will happen, however, some accident of undelivered E-mail, please be kindly enough to send us the same E-mail again if you will not have our replying E-mail within 2 (two) days after you sent the original one.

① The E-mails attached any documents or images without advance notice.
